Framed exquisitely with the Atlantic coastline to your left and Hammond Castle Museum towering above to your right, breath in all the beauty of the day as your stretch and hold for One, Two, Three…on our ocean-facing lawn.
Please bring your own yoga mats and water. Don’t forget the sun screen!
TreeTop Yoga recognizes that every body is different, and that different styles of yoga and classes are appropriate for different people, based on physical condition, injuries or limitations, and body constitution.
This class will welcome all levels of experience and practice. Yogis will have limited access to the Museum for use of the bathroom facilities. Rain or Shine: In the event of inclement weather, this program will move to the Great Hall.
