Experience the magic as Santa Returns to the Castle! Enjoy festive crafts, milk and cookies, and a visit with Santa in the Great Hall, where each child receives a wrapped gift. Mrs. Claus and Santa’s helpers add to the holiday joy.
Guests will also enjoy the Holiday Illumination and a portion of the Deck the Halls celebration. Starting with the steps leading from the parking lot, attendees will enjoy the Holiday Illumination lights illuminating the castle’s exterior, including the iconic arches, bell tower, front towers, and drawbridge. Inside the Museum, from the Museum Shop to the Great Hall, you’ll catch a glimpse of the annual Deck The Halls holiday celebration, where the Museum is dressed for the season.
This event is recommended for children aged 2 to 8 years old. Please note: Strollers and oversized baby carriers are not allowed within the Museum.
During this event, the Museum will be closed for tours. If you wish to tour Hammond Castle Museum on the day of the Santa Returns program, Self-Guided Tour tickets are available for purchase in the Museum Shop at a 20% discount. Additionally, children ages 4 and under enjoy free guided and self-guided tours with a ticket! Proof of purchase for the Santa Returns to the Castle event will be required.
