Helen’s Willow Wind – Native American Style Flute Interactive Program

August 16, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Helen’s Willow Wind – Native American Style Flute Interactive Program

Have flutes will travel. Hailing from Massachusetts Helen performs and teaches throughout New England and beyond and is often accompanied by students. She plays at private intimate affairs and to festival crowds in the thousands.

An intuitive instrument, Helen’s improvisations take you on a meandering journey of the mind, heart, and soul, going from the realm of the ethereal, to blues, jazz, and places in between.

Helen’s passion for playing, teaching, and sharing the love, lore, and history of the Native American Style Flute is palpable. Feel free to ask her questions as she plays. When she is not playing, as time allows, she will be hosting her Interactive Flute Program, answering questions about the Native American Style Flute, and occasionally offer a number of free mini lessons, and the opportunity to play with her.

Along with her performances and lesson programs she has set up Destination, Fitness, and Interactive Fluting Programs as well as a flute charity. Because of this, Helen was honored to be chosen as “Partner of the Month” by Odell Borg, owner of High Spirits Flutes, the largest maker of concert level flutes in the world. She will have a number of these flutes for sale, ask for details.
